Deadline for abstract submission: 09/11/2015.
Abstracts should be send in English, oral communications have to be English.
Two types of submissions are allowed: oral communication or poster.
Abstract template is available on this page and should be send through the following formular. Please, name your file as follow: ORALorPOSTER_LastName_FirstName.docx.
You will receive an email after submitting.
Oral communications
Each oral communication is set to 10 minutes + 5 minutes of questions.
We encourage you to have a pdf version of your presentation.
Posters

Maximal size: A0, portraite (width : 85 cm, height : 120 cm).
Posters will be accessible during the whole congress.
We will provide tape and pins to put up your posters.
